Our Story

A Local Business, Built on Passion

Founders Lilli and Paul purchased a vacation home in Deerfield Beach in 2013 and began welcoming guests. Demand quickly proved to be year-round, and with a focus on exceptional guest experiences — along with platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo — their home remained consistently booked.
 
Soon, former guests and second-home owners sought their expertise in managing properties. With each new listing, Brampton Park’s reputation grew through word of mouth, repeat stays, and an unwavering commitment to elevating the standard of short-term rentals in South Florida.

Guest Services & Reservations

A South Florida local familiar with every property, Matt provides concierge-style support and answers questions about both the homes and the surrounding area. He helps guests find their perfect home and offers assistance throughout their stay.

Property Manager

Bringing 10 years of property management experience, Lisa oversees permitting, inspections, and ongoing maintenance. She ensures compliance, safety, and impeccable upkeep across all properties.

Keiley

Reservations

With 30 years in hospitality, Keiley coordinates bookings and guest communications. She helps travelers find the ideal property and ensures a smooth, seamless reservation process.

Becci

House Manager

Becci brings a white-glove, VIP hospitality background as a former chief stewardess. She prepares homes between owner stays, oversees housekeeping, manages inventory, and ensures impeccable-level readiness. She also plays a key role in onboarding new properties, getting investor homes fully set up and rental-ready from day one.

Michael

Guest Services & Inspection

Michael and his team of inspectors ensure every home is fully prepared for guest arrivals. They conduct thorough pre-stay checks so that each property is in perfect condition.
