This 4 bed home in east Boca Raton is very well laid out and features serene views of the intracoastal from the heated pool and deck. There is also an outdoor grill provided.

Inside there is a large and well appointed master suite, along with a king size bed in the 2nd bedroom also. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and the 4th has 2 twin beds.

The kitchen is well stocked with all that you need and we provide all of your basic supplies for your stay - paper towels, laundry/ dishwasher detergent, handsoap, toilet tissue etc.

Beautiful property and neighborhood

This house was just as beautiful as the pictures presented. Excellent location, amenities and property manager. We were especially pleased with everything and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rent again next year!! 🥰🥰

Spectacular Vacation

To start off I want to say I had an extremely positive experience with Brampton Park Rental and the property manager. They were extremely accommodating and professional. The property itself is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful and a great location. The pool area is well equipped, clean and private. And was also very nice to walk out the back door and be right on the water. Overall my family and I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this property and using Brampton Park Rentals.

Location is excellent

Quiet street with no traffic. Home is more spacious inside than the pictures show. The outdoor area is a real delight - the deck is great for sitting and enjoying the intracoastal and the hot tub is an added bonus. The master suite is very large and the layout means it has views of the water which is nice to wake up to. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Management company was very easy to work with.
