This property is very well run, it has everything you need and more. Very clean and nicely decorated. Paul was very responsive to communication, check in was easy. The view from the pool is beautiful, great fun watching the boats sail

We loved our stay. The view was amazing and the accommodations comfortable. It all made for a fabulous week.

We have been visiting South Florida for 20 years, from as North as Palm Beach to as South as Miami. Not only is Delray an A+ for vacation, but after 2 weeks in this house I may be convinced to move here! This was the perfect house, from the open plan, great light, split bedrooms, and ideal kitchen, to the backyard and pool area that we never wanted to leave. The property manager treats this house like it is his own, and his service level was as if we were staying for a year. He really nailed it, and the combination of the perfect house (as advertised) and impeccable service is too difficult to resist. My wife, two kids, and I cannot wait to return!! We give it an A++ recommendation!

We just returned from our vacation at the “Elegant Delray Home” and we keep asking ourselves, ‘did we really have to leave?!?’ From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, it was perfect. The home is cozy yet open and spacious. The wall-to-wall French doors/windows looking out over the pool and intercostal provide a picturesque scene both morning and night. Walking out onto the patio, you are greeted by an inviting rattan sectional, a dining table nestled under an awning perfect to block the bright sun, and chaise lounges to enjoy the sun, a book, and the scenery. The photos do not do justice to the views out over the intercoastal. It was wonderful to spend time relaxing, watching the sailboats, yachts, speedboats, and jet skis pass by. The neighborhood is very peaceful, and the neighbors are lovely and non-intrusive. The kitchen is well-equipped. One of our group even made the statement, ‘we could prepare thanksgiving dinner in this kitchen!’ There is plenty of cookware, utensils, baking dishes, etc. and several sets of dinner wear, including beautiful ones made of melamine for outside dining. You won’t run out of bar glasses either. The 2 master bedrooms were a treat and so hard to find in a rental. Both were cozy and beautifully decorated. The house is located away from the busy street, but grocery stores and restaurants are only blocks away. If all this wasn't enough, Brampton Park Rentals (Paul), were delightful to work with and made the process super easy! Bring your personal things, the people you love, fabulous food and wine and enjoy the escape! We can’t wait to return and re-live our wonderful week!
